Update 10.03.01: Jamie has written a short letter about the terrorist attacks on her web site -- jamieker.org. Hope to have some new updates from her in the future. She also wrote an update letter before the September 11 attacks. I am going to try to get a copy of that update letter and try to post it at this web site.
Congrats to Will Kirby on his fine victory on Big Brother 2. He did a great job as did all of the Big Brother 2 houseguests. Here is a link for wrap pictures at Mike Malin's bar Belly. Just click on the link for Big Brother 2 Wrap Party. Also, you will find pictures of Jamie's cool friend Dana Daurey. She made it to Belly, does that mean Jamie isn't too far behind in making an appearance at Belly? Have to wait and see.

Update 9.13.01: Praisejamie.com sends out its deepest sympathies and condolences to the World Trade Center and Pentagon victims and their families. I also pray for an end to this needless violence. Martin Gaye sang it best, "War is not the answer. Only love can conquer hate".
Update 7.17.01: Hello, Jamie fans! Jamie was emailed me an update letter with a lot of great news to put up (there is a lot of info, so I placed it on a new page- july17.html). The jamiekern.org web site will be updated soon. Jamie mentions a photograph with Dana Daurey [Providence] in this update, but that photo will be posted on jamiekern.org. I do believe however you can see a thumbnail of the picture at wireimage.com (just do a search for Jamie Kern). Thanks!
Update 7.16.01: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JAMIE! Just a year ago, Jamie was celebrating her birthday in the Big Brother house. Speaking of Big Brother, Jamie is quoted in an article about BB2 in the current edition of US Weekly. The article starts on page 47 in the July 23 issue. Also, there is a small section of the article devoted just to Jamie with a picture of her. They mention the ecrush.com Celebrity Fantasy poll where Jamie has been near the top of the list. Great job, Jamie fans! Thank you. Please check the article out.

Update 7.04.01: Happy 4th of July! Tomorrow marks the first anniversary of the original Big Brother. Happy Anniversary Big Brother! I wish the new houseguests the best of luck on their upcoming adventure (Big Brother Two). This experience will definitely change their lives. Take care!
Update 6.24.01: Happy Summertime! Just a quick update. Jamie informed me about a groovy party that she went to in Westwood, California. She went to the Revlon-Absolut-E! Entertainment Party. Other attendees included the lovely Dana Daurey (Providence), Jennifer Tilly, Aisha Tyler (E! Entertainment), and Josh Souza (Big Brother). There is one small photograph of Jamie with Dana at www.wireimage.com. Just enter Jamie Kern in the search box and you will find it.
Also, I happened to stumble across a short paragraph of information about Jamie's movies Forever Your. Actually, I think that it just a list of the names of the people involved with the film.. Peace, dm!
Update 5.19.01: Jamie has written a new update letter on her web site - jamiekern.org. Another cool update from Jamie with a lot of good news and wonderful quotations. Congratulations, Jamie.
Update 4.11.01: Jamie kindly provided me with more information about her recent stay in New York and the show she hosted on btheretv.com. Jamie was in New York for about a week (end of March through beginning of April) and she said that it was 'amazing' there. For the show on btheretv.com, Jamie hung out around New York and interviewed three different people. First, Jamie interviewed Miss Teen USA. Second, she interviewed Ben Pappas, writer for US Weekly entertainment magazine. She said that 'she turned the tables on him' and asked him questions. Apparently, he writes about reality television shows for US Weekly. Way to go, Jamie! Third, she interviewed and hung out with Eddie McGee. She also said that Eddie's father was there too. Sounds like Jamie had a great time and a lot of fun. Jamie will let me know when the show is edited is up for viewing at btheretv.com. I will post an update at that time. Thanks!

Update 4.03.01: PraiseJamie.com has been briefly mentioned in an article in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly (page 124, issue #590). The article has an awesome review of Reality 411 (currently closed), and it briefly mentions this site. I know that it is a small mention, but I still appreciate it. Thank you Entertainment Weekly. Update 3.28.01: I hope that everybody had a chance to watch and chat with Jamie on Josh's Corner on Youth Radio Network [3.27.01]. Thanks to everybody who watched and/or chatted. It was fantastic to see Jamie again. Thanks to Josh and Youth Radio Network for having Jamie as a guest.
There was a lot of information given out last night. There will be more updates soon. First, Jamie will be filming "I Remember" (written/directed by Joe Adams) in mid-May and June in Los Angeles (moved from Toronto). This is a feature-length horror movie that after filming is scheduled to be released sometime in the future in movies theatres. (It will also star Marissa Jaret Winokur (has appeared in 'Scary Movie', 'American Beauty', and 'Never Been Kissed'). There will be more information about this movie and its other co-stars in the future. Thanks, doveman!
Update 2.19.01: Jamie, Brittany, Curtis, and Eddie (all from Big Brother) went on a road trip to Las Vegas. Thanks to Eddie's Angels for meeting up with them in Las Vegas on the weekend of 2.17.01. They took some wonderful photographs and have been kind enough to post them on their website. They have filled up 4 pages with pictures. RECENT JAMIE NEWS:
03.07.01- Congratulations again, Jamie. She has completed filming "Forever Yours". It should be coming to the 'Net very soon. Jamie's anti-drug campaign interview has been posted. Jamie gives great answers to questions about teen smoking, teen violence, and teen drug use. The anti-drug interview by Peter Klaus is at TV/Movies for teens section with Rachel Thomas as the guide of this section . Here is the direct link to the article.
01.10.01- Congratulations once again, Jamie. She will be playing a character named "Jenni" in a feature film called "I Remember" by Arcadian Films. Filming is scheduled to take place in 4.01 in Toronto. The two independent films that Jamie is working on, "Picking Up Schtick" and "Forever Young", should be completed and viewable on the Internet in 4.01.
In other news, Jamie has helped out the non-profit organization Dream On Foundation with their anti-drug video series. Also, she is part of the Anti-Drug Campaign for the White House.
Jamie recently found the time to also attend a few parties. On 12.15.00, she attended a Christamas party held by the Evolution, the production crew for Big Brother. For New Year's Eve, she and Curtis Kin from Big Brother went to a party at the 360 Restaurant and Bar. This is a very popular place of the stars of Hollywood, located in a penthouse at Sunset and Vine.
On a sad note, we are sorry to hear about the loss of Jamie's grandmother. We are sure that all of Jamie's fans have Jamie and her family in their prayers during this difficult time.
12.06.00- Congratulations again, Jamie. She will be playing a character named "Grace" in an upcoming movie called "Picking Up Schtick". She also crowned the new Miss Washington USA.
